Administration Assistant and Digital Communications 

1 year fixed term contract paying up to £25,000 per annum

Reports to: Marketing, Communications & Sponsorship Manager

Place of work: Trinity Park

Hours of work: 8.30 am to 5pm, 5 days a week

Main Responsibilities

To support general administration activities and the growth and development of marketing/communications across the organisation.

 

Duties/Tasks

·         General administration assistance.

·         Transition to digital systems.

·         Develop digital marketing/communication tools under the leadership of the Marketing, Communications & Sponsorship Manager for charitable and commercial activities.

·         Maintain the charity and commercial websites.

·         Update the social media pages for all SAA activities, including writing and creating content for posts, responding to enquiries and monitoring campaign effectiveness.

·         Assist events e.g. farm visits, School Farm & Country Fair, Stewards’ Briefing, Cocktail Party, Judges & Stewards Dinner and commercial events.

·         Assist with the Suffolk Show marketing campaign, branding, material design, print and distribution, including coordination and set up of roadside boards advertising and banner advertising.

·         Coordinate press applications for the Suffolk Show and prepare the media office.

·         Use of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.

·         Advanced knowledge of online design software packages, such as Canva, Survey Monkey, MailChimp, Microsoft Forms, Adobe plus good knowledge of Google Analytics

·         Coordination and delivery of the quarterly members E-newsletter.

·         Assist the commercial team with promotional, online marketing/advertising campaigns.

Other

·         At all times comply with the Association’s health and safety policies.

·         Undertake any other reasonable tasks directed by the Marketing, Communications and Sponsorship Manager. 

 

To carry out any other duties commensurate with the level of the post as required.
