How To Find Us & Travel
Travelling by Car and Parking
The Suffolk Show is held at Trinity Park, near Ipswich and conveniently located from both the A14 and A12. Full address is Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich IP3 8UH. During the Show, there will be extensive signage and, once close to the Show itself, we would ask you to follow the directions from Suffolk Police and our Traffic Officers. They are working hard to ensure traffic moves swiftly on and off the Show site. Parking is free.
Bucklesham and Foxhall Car Parks
Parking available for GENERAL PUBLIC, MEMBERS AND EXHIBITORS. When travelling to the show look out for yellow AA signs directing you to the relevant car parks.
Vice-Presidents Car Park
Parking for VICE-PRESIDENT and SPONSORS ONLY.
Follow directions on the Car Park pass issued with your VPs and Sponsors Packs.
All car parks are staffed with dedicated traffic personnel to assist with parking and traffic management. We respectfully ask that you follow their instructions when entering the car parks.
All car parks feature designated spaces for disabled parking. We prioritise parking for disabled visitors and ask that you read our policy on admission for disabled visitors, CLICK HERE.
The Suffolk Show and Suffolk Agricultural Association collaborate closely with key partners, including Suffolk Police and Suffolk County Council, to manage and oversee traffic movements to and from Trinity Park. We also engage specific contractors like Chevron Traffic Management and Tracis Events to ensure controlled traffic flow across the major and minor roads and the showground.
To assist your journey, 120 road signs are strategically positioned along the road network, directing visitors to the designated car parks and gates. It's essential to follow these signs rather than relying on sat nav systems. Our two free public car parks - the Red (Bucklesham to the East) and Blue (Foxhall to the North) - are staffed with dedicated traffic personnel to assist with vehicle parking and traffic management.
The traffic island on Felixstowe Road is removed to create a dual lane route to the Bucklesham entrance from the A14/A12 Seven Hills Roundabout. Both public car parks feature forward parking areas for Suffolk Show Members and Exhibitors, along with designated spaces for disabled parking. Visitors are encouraged to display their badges clearly to assist car parking staff. We prioritise parking for disabled visitors and exercise discretion for individuals with non-visible disabilities.
Coach parking is available at Gate 1, while cyclists can leave their bikes in this area as well. Additionally, there's a designated taxi drop-off point on Murrells Road to assist with vehicles not having to queue to Trinity Park.
