Download a PDF for each section you wish to enter.

Each pack contains all the relevant forms which must be completed and returned for that section.  Please complete and return all the forms.

Before submitting entries, please ensure that you have read the By-laws and Conditions as printed in the Schedule.

The Entry Forms are in pdf format and Adobe Reader can be downloaded here if required.
